A few places you may wish to visit during your stay at Halswell Cottages...

The rural nature of the Halswell Cottages means there are extensive walks on the doorstep across some of the most beautiful countryside in southern England. Gentle in nature rather than dramatic, this landscape is easy on the eye, as well as on the feet!

The nearest major town is Taunton some 9 miles distance. The M5 motorway (J24) is approximately 6 minutes travelling time. The seaside resort of Minehead is 15 miles away and can be reached by car or scenic steam railway. Bridgwater or Taunton are stations which are closest.
